Chesterton’s leak-sealing and structural repair coatings offer advanced composite wrap solutions for reinforcing metal assets without hot work or replacement. Systems like ARC CFW-CR and ARC CFW-HT combine load-transfer putty with fiber-reinforced epoxy resin to restore the integrity of pipes, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ducting, and more. These wraps are compliant with ASME PCC-2 Article 401, can handle operating temperatures up to 300°F, and bond to substrates like metal, concrete, and fiberglass.

Each kit contains pre-measured putty, resin, fiber mats, and application tools suited for pipe sizes up to 24″ in diameter. The cured laminate offers high tensile strength, strong adhesion, and excellent thermal resistance—up to 516°F for the high-temperature variant. These solutions deliver fast, permanent repairs and leak sealing in corrosive environments, helping minimize downtime and avoid costly replacements.
