ARC CFW-CR

Chesterton ARC CFW-CR is a high-strength, fiber-reinforced epoxy wrap system designed for structural repairs and leak sealing in corrosive environments up to 200°F (93°C). It meets ASME PCC-2 Article 401 standards for low-risk applications and includes a load-transfer putty to smooth surfaces, followed by a chemically resistant resin that saturates carbon or glass fiber mats. This system restores the strength and integrity of piping, tanks, vessels, and ducting—without hot work or full replacements.

Each ARC CFW-CR kit includes all materials needed for application on pipes up to 24" in diameter. Once cured, the wrap delivers high tensile strength, excellent adhesion, and heat resistance up to 245°F. Its low-viscosity resin ensures full fiber wet-out, providing a fast, reliable, and long-lasting solution for structural reinforcement and containment in aggressive chemical environments.
