ARC CFW-ht

Chesterton ARC CFW-HT is a high-temperature, fiber-reinforced epoxy wrap system designed for structural repairs and leak sealing in corrosive environments up to 300°F (150°C). Compliant with ASME PCC-2 Article 401 for high-risk applications, it uses a 100% solids load-transfer putty and a low-viscosity saturating resin to bond with glass or carbon fiber mats. The system restores integrity to piping, tanks, heat exchangers, vessels, ducting, and structural supports—without the need for hot work or equipment replacement.

Each ARC CFW-HT kit includes pre-measured putty, resin, fiber reinforcement, and application tools, suitable for repairs on pipes up to 24" in diameter. Once cured, the wrap provides excellent mechanical strength, with tensile strength around 107,000 psi, strong lap shear adhesion, and a heat distortion point of 516°F. It’s a fast, safe, and permanent repair solution for critical infrastructure in extreme service environments.
