Chesterton’s resurfacing coatings combine fast-setting epoxy technology with tough reinforcement to restore, protect, and strengthen concrete in demanding industrial environments. Products like ARC EG-1 and ARC EG-1 FC are 100% solids epoxy grouts that bond to wet or dry concrete, fill deep voids up to 12", and support traffic within hours, making them ideal for quick, durable repairs.

High-build systems such as ARC 791 and ARC 988 use quartz or silica reinforcement to create chemically resistant, non-shrinking overlays typically applied at 6 mm thickness. These coatings are well-suited for containment areas, trenches, sumps, and process floors. With excellent adhesion and thermal and chemical resistance, they reduce the need for full concrete replacement, extend asset life, and minimize maintenance downtime.
