ARC 791
Chesterton ARC 791 is a high-strength, 100% solids novolac epoxy coating reinforced with quartz, designed to restore and protect concrete surfaces from chemical exposure and mechanical damage. It bonds to damp or dry substrates and can be troweled onto vertical or horizontal surfaces at a minimum thickness of 6 mm, creating a tough, non-sagging overlay.
With excellent resistance to corrosive agents, ARC 791 withstands temperatures up to 200 °F dry (150 °F wet), offers compressive strength around 9,320 psi, and achieves strong adhesion that often exceeds the substrate’s failure point. Ideal for trenches, sumps, pump pads, and spill zones, it extends concrete life, cuts downtime, and reduces costly rebuilds.
