ARC 855

Chesterton ARC 855 is a durable, ceramic-reinforced epoxy coating designed to protect metal surfaces from abrasion, corrosion, and chemical attack. It applies easily by brush or roller, creating a tough, low-friction finish that extends equipment life and improves material flow.

Ideal for pumps, impellers, fans, and heat exchangers, ARC 855 withstands dry temperatures up to 250°F and wet conditions up to 150°F. Its strong adhesion and resistance to wear make it a cost-effective solution for harsh industrial environments.

  • ARC 855 requires a minimum of two coats​.

    • 0.75 liter kit covers 0.98 m2 (10.6 ft2)​​

    • 1.5 liter kit covers 2.0 m2 (21.5 ft2)​​

    • 5 liter kit covers 6.67 m2 (71.7 ft2)​​

    • 16 liter kit covers 21.3 m2 (229.4 ft2)

    Note: Components are pre-measured and pre-weighed. Each kit includes mixing and application instructions. 0.75 liter, 1.5 liter, and 5 liter kits include tools.
