The AMPS System™

The AMPS (Automatic Mechanical Packing System) is an advanced sealing solution that uses dual pneumatic pistons and a remote control unit to maintain constant compression on braided packing rings. By actively loading the packing set, AMPS ensures consistent sealing performance without the need for manual adjustments, reducing leakage and extending packing life.

Key benefits include leak reduction, improved maintenance safety, and remote gland pressure control. With a wide operating range—actuator travel from 0.312" to 2.000", regulator pressure up to 250 psi, and temperatures from -15°F to 400°F—the system is ideal for pumps, mixers, pulpers, and other rotating equipment in demanding industrial environments.
