Matrix Seal

The Matrix Rotary Seal is a patented split-design rotary seal engineered for worn shafts, shaft runout, and blind installations. Its unique cartridge-style assembly combines high-performance polymer housing with synthetic-fiber packing to create a tight, self-energizing seal that excludes contaminants and retains lubrication to protect bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and mixers.

Easy to install in minutes without disassembling equipment, the Matrix Seal dramatically reduces downtime and labor costs. It accommodates shaft misalignment up to 0.07 mm, handles operating speeds up to 15 m/s (3,000 fpm) and temperatures to 85 °C, and delivers reliable, maintenance-friendly protection across a wide range of industrial applications—from mining and steel mills to paper and agriculture.
