These microprocessor-controlled devices offer programmable lubrication intervals, ensuring just the right amount of grease is applied—eliminating both over- and under-lubrication. Available in battery-operated, machine-synchronized, explosion-proof, and vibration-sensing models, the Lubri-Cup EM Series adapts to a wide range of industrial environments and applications.
Designed for easy installation and maintenance, each lubricator uses refillable grease cartridges compatible with Chesterton’s premium industrial greases. This reliable system is ideal for industries like pulp and paper, mining, marine, and steel production, where consistent lubrication improves equipment performance, minimizes wear, and cuts operational costs.
