DualPac® 2212

Chesterton DualPac 2212 pairs a durable mechanical packing ring with an advanced injectable sealant to deliver dual-layer sealing without the need for water flush systems or disassembly. The outer ring provides immediate sealing, while the injectable compound can be added during operation—extending seal life and preventing leaks under pressure.

Ideal for pumps, mixers, and agitators across food, chemical, and industrial applications, DualPac 2212 handles pressures up to 150 psig, shaft speeds to 6 m/s, temperatures up to 400 °F, and a wide pH range. This dual-component solution minimizes downtime, delivers reliable, continuous sealing, and protects shafts in demanding environments.
