DualPac® 2211

The DualPac 2211 combines a bi-component injectable sealant with a traditional packing ring for dual-layer sealing protection. This innovative system delivers an initial mechanical seal from the packing ring, followed by a high-performance injectable compound that prevents leakage and extends seal life without equipment disassembly.

Ideal for pumps, mixers, and agitators in food, chemical, and industrial applications, DualPac 2211 offers continuous, flushless sealing. It supports pressures up to 150 psig, shaft speeds to 6 m/s, temperatures up to 400 °F, and broad chemical compatibility. This approach minimizes downtime, ensures reliable sealing, and protects shafts—even under challenging operational conditions.
