The Chesterton CMS 2000 White is a flushless injectable packing system formulated specifically for sanitary food and beverage applications. Made from high-purity PTFE-based fiber, it forms a clean composite seal that virtually eliminates leakage without the need for water flush systems, helping prevent contamination and product loss.
Key benefits include continuous sealing without equipment disassembly—simply inject more sealant during operation—plus gentle shaft protection suitable for polished or coated surfaces. It supports pressures up to 100 psig, shaft speeds up to 6 m/s, and temperatures up to 400°F, with broad chemical tolerance (pH 0–14).
