ARC SD4i RC

Chesterton ARC SD4i RC is a fast-curing, sprayable epoxy coating reinforced with ceramic for demanding immersion environments. It forms a smooth, high-gloss barrier that resists harsh chemicals and microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC).

Applied at 250–370 µm per coat, ARC SD4i RC cures rapidly—often returning to service the same day—and withstands dry temperatures to 248 °F and wet immersion up to 149 °F. Ideal for repairing or protecting flotation cells, hydrocyclones, slurry pipes, heat exchangers, and thickener tanks, it extends equipment life while minimizing downtime.
