ARC S5

Chesterton ARC S5 is a 100% solids, ceramic-reinforced epoxy coating engineered for intense corrosion, erosion, and chemical defense in the most demanding industrial settings. This high-build system creates a durable, impermeable barrier that resists thermal shock, aggressive solvents, acids, and alkalis.

Applied in a single coat (250–750 µm) via spray, brush, or roller, ARC S5 adheres strongly even to minimally prepared metal and concrete. It withstands continuous dry temperatures up to 175°F and wet conditions up to 140°F, making it perfect for pipelines, tanks, separators, valves, and structural components in chemical processing, offshore, and wastewater environments.
