ARC S4+
Chesterton ARC S4 is a 100% solids, ceramic-reinforced epoxy coating engineered for heavy-duty corrosion, erosion, and chemical protection in severe industrial conditions. It delivers a tough, impermeable barrier resistant to solvents, acids, alkalis, and thermal shock.
Applied in a single high-build coat (250–750 µm) by spray, brush, or roller, ARC S4 bonds strongly to metal and concrete—even on marginal surfaces. It withstands continuous temperatures up to 175°F dry and 140°F wet, making it ideal for pipelines, tanks, separators, valves, and structural steel in chemical, offshore, and wastewater applications.
