ARC S3
Chesterton ARC S3 is a 100% solids, ceramic-reinforced epoxy coating designed for corrosive environments where food-grade compliance is required. It provides a thin, durable barrier with excellent erosion resistance and low permeability, meeting FDA standards for direct food contact.
Applied in two coats at 250 microns each by spray, brush, or roller, ARC S3 offers strong adhesion and resistance to acidic and aqueous conditions. It performs in temperatures up to 165°F dry and 125°F wet, making it ideal for tanks, process equipment, hoppers, and chutes in food-processing environments.
