ARC MX 1
Chesterton ARC MX1 is a 100% solids, ceramic-reinforced epoxy composite designed to protect metal surfaces from severe abrasion and impact caused by medium to coarse particles. Its tough polymer matrix provides excellent wear resistance and durability in harsh conditions.
Applied by trowel at a minimum 6 mm thickness, ARC MX1 is ideal for equipment like pulverizers, slurry pipelines, dredge pumps, and fan housings. It withstands dry temperatures up to 400°F and wet conditions up to 205°F, offering a longer-lasting alternative to rubber linings and ceramic tiles.
