ARC BX5

Chesterton ARC BX5 is a fast-curing, ceramic-reinforced epoxy designed for metal surfaces exposed to moderate abrasion from fine particles. With high ceramic content, strong adhesion, and excellent impact resistance, it’s ideal for repairing and protecting equipment like pneumatic conveyors, slurry pumps, cyclones, hydro-pulpers, and wear plates.

ARC BX5 can be applied to rough or slightly damp surfaces and cures quickly—often allowing equipment to return to service within an hour. It performs at temperatures up to 248°F dry and 140°F wet, helping reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and keep operations running smoothly in harsh industrial environments.
