ARC BX2
Chesterton ARC BX2 is a fine-grade, ceramic-reinforced epoxy coating designed to protect metal surfaces from moderate abrasion caused by fine particles. With high ceramic content and strong adhesion, it offers excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and chemical attack—ideal for resurfacing worn equipment without the need for weld overlays or tiles.
ARC BX2 is easy to apply at a minimum 3 mm thickness and performs in temperatures up to 400°F dry and 205°F wet. Common applications include hydrocyclones, separators, pipe elbows, screw conveyors, and slurry pumps. It reduces maintenance downtime, extends equipment life, and keeps critical systems operating reliably.
