ARC BX1

Chesterton’s ARC BX1 is a durable, ceramic-reinforced composite designed to protect and repair metal surfaces exposed to severe abrasion, erosion, and corrosion. Its tough epoxy formulation extends equipment life by providing a hard, wear-resistant layer, reducing maintenance needs and minimizing downtime. ARC BX1 is easy to apply by trowel and is certified safe for drinking water applications, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.

This abrasion-resistant coating is perfect for components like separators, hoppers, slurry pumps, pipe elbows, and pulverized fuel lines. With high ceramic content and strong adhesion, it delivers long-lasting protection against wear, helping industries save on spare parts and repair costs while improving overall equipment reliability and safety.
