860 MPG Moldable Polymer Gasketing
Chesterton 860 MPG is a two-part, moldable gasketing material that forms ultra-thin, flexible seals to fit any shape or size. It fills surface imperfections up to 6 mm deep and resists oils, water, chemicals, and steam. The non-bonding formula allows for easy, peel-off removal during maintenance.
With a wide operating range from –51 °C to 260 °C and pressure resistance up to 4,500 psi, it’s ideal for sealing gearboxes, bearing housings, transmission covers, valves, and vacuum systems. NSF P1 registered, 860 MPG helps reduce waste, simplify inventory, and eliminate the need for pre-cut gaskets.
