6800 Valve Packing

Chesterton 6800 LowE is an advanced control valve packing combining high-purity graphite with PTFE for ultra-low friction and superior sealing. Its WedgeSeal™ duplex design features graphite tape overknitted with PTFE filament for dynamic sealing and corrosion protection, complemented by static rings for durable isolation.

Engineered to exceed emissions standards, it handles pressures up to 4,000 psi and temperatures up to 600°F. Designed for natural gas, oil, and chemical processing, it offers low gland loads, easy installation, and compatibility with live-loading systems for reliable, low-emission valve performance in demanding environments.
