Chesterton 630 SXCF 220 #1 is a high-performance synthetic grease formulated for demanding industrial applications where superior corrosion resistance and exceptional water washout protection are essential. Designed for medium to large bore, slow-moving bearings such as those found in pumps, large conveyors, agitators, and mixers, this grease excels in both food and non-food industries. Its high base oil viscosity ensures excellent shear stability, while its calcium sulfonate complex thickener provides robust protection against corrosion and water washout.

This grease boasts a dropping point of 316°C (600°F) and operates effectively across a temperature range from –40°C (–40°F) to 240°C (464°F). It is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA 178.3570, making it suitable for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing equipment. Chesterton 630 SXCF 220 #1 is also compatible with most popular greases and can be applied using grease guns or automatic lubrication systems. Available in various container sizes, it is ideal for industries such as pulp and paper mills, mining operations, water treatment, food and beverage processing, and marine applications.
