625 CXF Corrosion-Resistant, Extreme-Pressure H1 Food Grease

Chesterton 625 CXF is a high-performance, NSF H1-registered food-grade grease formulated to provide exceptional lubrication in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging applications. Its unique sulfonate complex thickener, combined with USP white mineral oil, ensures superior resistance to water washout, caustics, sanitizing cleaners, and steam. The grease maintains its integrity even under extreme pressure and high temperatures, with a dropping point of 318 °C (604 °F) and a service temperature range from –30 °C (–22 °F) to 204 °C (400 °F).

This grease is designed to extend bearing life, reduce downtime, and minimize grease consumption. It offers excellent corrosion protection, shear stability, and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for use in various equipment such as anti-friction bearings, grease-lubricated chains, gears, cams, and motor-operated valves.
