Chesterton 610 MT Plus is a fully synthetic, high-performance lubricant formulated to handle extreme temperatures ranging from –25 °C to 270 °C. Its polyolester base resists carbon build-up, varnish, and sludge formation while actively cleaning existing residues. This fluid delivers exceptional wear protection, corrosion resistance, and low volatility, helping equipment run cooler, cleaner, and more efficiently. With a high flash point above 290 °C, it remains stable under heat and reduces energy use and lubricant consumption.

Ideal for oven chains, drying ovens, conveyors, and low-load gearboxes, 610 MT Plus is also effective in cold environments where traditional greases may fail. It is NSF H2 registered for incidental food contact and is biodegradable, offering a safe and sustainable option for demanding industrial maintenance. Available in aerosol and bulk formats, it can be applied manually or through automated systems.
