EMEA‑Manufactured, High‑Performance Component Seal

The Chesterton 491 DINS and 491 DINL are high-performance rotary component seals designed and manufactured in the EMEA region. Built to meet EN12756 L1K standards, these seals offer long-lasting performance and application flexibility for a wide range of industrial equipment. The non-fretting design helps protect shaft sleeves and metal components from damage, while the balanced O‑ring with anti-clog features ensures smooth and reliable sealing. With springs isolated from process fluids, the design minimizes contamination and enhances seal life. Ideal for general-duty use, the 491 DINS/DINL operates in temperatures from –55 °C to 300 °C, pressures up to 10 bar, and speeds up to 20 m/s.
