30K Advanced Lip Seal
The Chesterton 30K is a high-performance PTFE lip seal engineered for demanding rotary applications such as gearboxes, pumps, motors, and bearings. It delivers exceptional wear resistance, low friction, and strong chemical compatibility—making it a superior alternative to traditional rubber seals. The precision-formed lip ensures optimal sealing force, extending mean time between maintenance and helping prevent leakage and contamination.
Available in a range of advanced PTFE materials, the 30K seal is built to handle speeds up to 20 meters per second, temperatures from -35°C to 200°C, and pressures around 10 psi. Its versatile design does not require custom tooling, making it an efficient sealing solution for a wide range of industrial systems operating under tough conditions.
