292 PDS® Precision Degreasing Solvent
Chesterton 292 PDS is a powerful, fast-evaporating solvent designed to remove oil, grease, wax, tar, adhesives, and industrial grime in a single application. It leaves virtually no residue and is safe for use on all metals and most plastics. With a low odor and rapid drying time, it’s ideal for cleaning bearings, valves, chains, molds, tools, and electro-mechanical parts before maintenance or repair.
Formulated as a safer alternative to kerosene, mineral spirits, and chlorinated solvents, 292 PDS contains no ozone-depleting substances and is NSF registered for industrial use. It offers high dielectric strength for use on non-energized electrical components and features a mild citrus scent for a more user-friendly experience.
