24K Slow Rotary Seal

The Chesterton 24K is a robust split rotary seal designed for low-speed applications where maintenance access is limited or disassembly is impractical. Its patented split design allows for fast installation around shafts without the need to dismantle equipment, simplifying routine maintenance and reducing downtime.

Manufactured from wear-resistant polymer compounds and available in both standard and custom sizes, the 24K provides reliable sealing for shafts operating at speeds up to 0.5 m/s and temperatures from –50 °C to 150 °C. Ideal for use in mixers, agitators, conveyors, and specialty equipment, this seal delivers dependable performance in challenging industrial environments.
