21K Wiper

The Chesterton 21K is a robust, positive-rake lip wiper designed to protect rods and rams from dirt, moisture, and abrasive debris during retraction. Its aggressive lip profile effectively cleans the shaft surface, preventing scoring and contamination from entering sensitive systems.

Constructed from abrasion-resistant materials and featuring a split design, the 21K installs without full disassembly and seals tightly against contaminants. It performs reliably in demanding industrial environments—such as manufacturing, mining, and fluid power systems—with a speed rating up to 0.9 m/s and temperature capability from –50 °C to 85 °C.
