19K split wear Rings (metric Sizes)
Durable, split bearing bands designed to protect hydraulic, pneumatic, reciprocating, and rotary equipment. Crafted from glass fiber–reinforced polyimide resin, these strips guide rods and pistons, reducing radial movement and preventing metal-to-metal contact. They help extend seal and cylinder life by minimizing wear and are suitable for heavy-duty applications.
Supplied in continuous coils, the 19K strips are easy to cut to exact lengths and install in grooves up to 400 mm in diameter without machining. With built-in lubrication, high compressive strength, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range (–40 °C to 121 °C), they provide a cost-effective solution for improving uptime and equipment reliability.
