18K split wear Rings (Inch Sizes)

Chesterton 18K split wear rings are high-performance bearing bands engineered for use in hydraulic, pneumatic, reciprocating, rotary, and static applications. Made from heat-stabilized, glass fiber-reinforced nylon, these wear rings guide rods and pistons, reduce radial movement, and help prevent metal-to-metal contact. Their built-in lubricating properties support smoother operation, extend seal life, and protect critical components in demanding environments.

Supplied in continuous coil form, 18K wear rings are easy to cut to length and install without the need for equipment machining. They are suitable for cylinders up to 20 inches in diameter and perform reliably at operating speeds up to 1.25 meters per second and temperatures ranging from -40°F to 250°F. These rings are a durable, low-maintenance solution for increasing equipment performance and longevity.
