11K Rod Seal

The Chesterton 11K is a split, dual-component rod seal designed for use in hydraulic cylinders and press applications. Its patented design allows for fast installation without equipment disassembly, eliminating the need for shims and reducing downtime. The seal features a negative-rake lip profile that minimizes friction and wear, delivering improved performance and extended service life compared to traditional V-ring seals.

Engineered for both new and worn equipment, the 11K is available in a variety of material combinations to suit different operating conditions. It meets ISO and DIN dimensional standards and offers reliable, leak-free sealing for demanding industrial environments where maintenance access is limited.
