Lubri-Cup™ VG
The Chesterton Lubri-Cup VG Mini is a compact 120 cc automatic lubricator that delivers precise and consistent grease application using a microprocessor-controlled pulse system powered by nitrogen gas. It offers flexible preset intervals ranging from 1 to 12 months, helping to prevent both over-lubrication and under-lubrication and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Equipped with a transparent container and a sealed microprocessor, the Lubri-Cup VG Mini allows easy monitoring of grease levels and supports remote installation up to 1 meter from the lubrication point. It operates reliably in temperatures between -15 °C and 60 °C and is certified for use in hazardous environments. This versatile and dependable automatic lubricator is ideal for a wide range of demanding industrial applications, including mining, power generation, pulp and paper, metal processing, and other heavy-duty equipment where precise, maintenance-free lubrication is critical for extending service life and reducing downtime.
