To maintain the highest standards, we use custom-designed cutting tables and 3D-printed mandrels tailored to the specific needs of each packing type.
1730 packing is cut on our white cutting table using white mandrels, ensuring the material stays clean and consistent.
1830SSP packing is cut on our black cutting table, a practice that prevents cross-contamination and protects the integrity of our white packing stock.
By taking these extra steps, we ensure that every ring we deliver is cut with precision and prepared to perform in real-world conditions.
