610 plus

Chesterton 610 Plus is a high-performance, 100% synthetic lubricant designed for use across a wide temperature range, from –25 °C to 270 °C. Its advanced polyolester formula resists carbon buildup, varnish, and sludge while actively dissolving old residues. With a high flash point of approximately 310 °C and low volatility, it provides excellent wear protection and helps equipment run cooler, more efficiently, and with less lubricant consumption.

Engineered for use in high-temperature conveyor systems, oven hinges, bearings, and low-load gearboxes, 610 Plus also performs in cold environments where traditional lubricants fail. It is biodegradable, NSF H2 registered, and suitable for manual or automatic application, making it a reliable choice for demanding industrial maintenance.
